Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to support daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, material handling, and overall warehouse organization. Aviation warehouse experience is preferred.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a modern, state-of-the-art, air-conditioned warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, stock organization, and material tracking
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and inspect materials
• Support daily warehouse operations and maintain workflow efficiency
• Handle aircraft parts, serialized inventory, and aviation-related documentation
• Assist and support warehouse clerks and material handlers as needed
• Utilize inventory software, scanners, and ERP systems
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of warehouse experience
• Inventory system experience required
• ERP system experience preferred
• Aviation warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
